Our laboratory operates an advanced booking system. Practitioners who pre book their work with us, with lead times 14+ days in advance, are guaranteed a lab turn around of 5-7 days. Shorter turn around times are subject to discussion.
Our products, sent via Royal Mail's "Special Recorded Delivery", are "guaranteed" to be delivered "next day". We also use a courier service for specific areas of coverage, with again next day delivery.
